“Apne Ghar Wali Diwali” was thoughtfully curated as a heartfelt festive initiative to celebrate Diwali with Ceratec homeowners, booked clients, and their families across Ceratec communities.
The celebration encouraged residents to decorate their homes with diyas, create rangolis, and write personal wishes for their new homes—symbolising hope, gratitude, and new beginnings. These moments were later captured and shared, reinforcing a sense of belonging and emotional connection. The initiative reflected Ceratec Group’s belief that a home is not just built with quality construction, but with memories, warmth, and shared joy.

The Ganpati Celebrations at Presidential Towers were organised as a five-day community festival, bringing together residents, employees, and their families in a spirit of devotion, cultural pride, and shared celebration.
The festivities included traditional Ganpati Sthapana, daily aartis, offerings by different teams, cultural rituals, and a respectful visarjan. Alongside the celebrations, a blood donation camp was organised, reinforcing the values of compassion, responsibility, and giving back. The event reflected Ceratec Group’s commitment to nurturing strong community bonds and creating meaningful experiences that go beyond quality construction.
