Ceratec launches tower C at Westwinds in Pune
The new tower offers spacious 2 to 4.5BHK homes with zero-wasted-area planning.

Pune-based real estate player Ceratec Group has launched Tower C at Ceratec Westwinds, located on Maan Road in Hinjewadi on September 3, 2026, with bookings now officially open and receiving an encouraging response.
The launch follows the successful sell-out of Towers A and B. More than 250 channel partners visited the project during the launch event.
Ceratec Westwinds offers 2, 3, 3.5 and 4.5BHK airy homes, with both simplex and duplex configurations available. The newly launched Tower C has been planned around efficient space utilisation, functional layouts, natural ventilation and contemporary specifications.
A key differentiator of the development is its emphasis on zero-wasted-area planning and efficient carpet utilisation, allowing residents to derive greater functional value from the available space.
The project, which is located 5 minutes away from Maan metro station, is strategically located on Maan Road, Hinjewadi.
