Ceratec group to launch a sprawling 10 lakh sq ft built to suit commercial project in wakad pune

Ceratec Group has announced a major Built-to-Suit (BTS) commercial development in Wakad, Pune, with a planned development potential of approximately 10 lakh sq. ft. Located adjacent to EON West, the project aims to cater to the evolving needs of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT & ITES companies, corporate headquarters, educational institutions, healthcare providers, hospitality businesses, and technology-driven enterprises.
Designed as a future-ready corporate ecosystem, the development will feature customizable office spaces, institutional-grade infrastructure, scalable floor plates, seamless connectivity, and employee-centric amenities.
