Ceratec Group to Launch 10 Lakh Sq. Ft. Built-to-Suit Commercial Project in Wakad, Pune

Ceratec Group has announced a large-scale Built-to-Suit (BTS) commercial development in Wakad, Pune, with a development potential of approximately 10 lakh sq. ft. Located adjacent to EON West, the project is designed to serve Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT/ITES companies, corporate headquarters, educational institutions, healthcare providers, hospitality brands, and technology-driven enterprises.

The project aims to create a future-ready corporate ecosystem featuring scalable office spaces, institutional-grade infrastructure, seamless connectivity, and employee-focused amenities. The BTS model allows businesses to customize workspace design, technology integration, sustainability features, and operational requirements according to their specific needs.

Ceratec Group expects the development to generate approximately ₹1,000 crore in revenue and is inviting channel partners, international property consultants, and leasing associates for strategic collaborations and tenant acquisition.

The announcement comes amid rising demand for Grade A office spaces in India, fueled by GCC expansion, multinational corporations, flexible workspaces, and technology-led businesses. Pune's growing talent pool, improving infrastructure, and strong connectivity continue to strengthen its position as a leading commercial destination.
